English Conversation Classes at St. Peter
Welcome to St. Peter! We are very happy that you are here to practice your English skills.
English Conversation Classes run throughout the year on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Sign up below to attend. You will receive an email with information about how to attend the class. You will be invited to a Whatsapp group which will be the primary way we communicate about the class.
Notes about the class
There is no cost to the class, however, we ask that those who sign up make every effort to attend consistently.
Everyone will be divided into groups with a teacher. Remember that these classes are mainly conversation classes to learn and practice your English. So it is very important to try to speak only in English during classes.
We hope you all have fun, learn some English, and maybe meet someone new!
Classes will be at St. Peter Lutheran Church - 1205 S 8th St. Milwaukee, WI 53204. The classes will be in the church, so when you arrive, you can enter the side entrance of the church (glass door on the south side of the building).
Additional Information
At this time we are not offering childcare, however, there is a children's room at the back of the church where children can stay which is visible from the class area.
In order to encourage attendance, we are limiting the size of each ESL session. If you miss 2 classes in a row without notifying us, we will open up your seat for another student.
