William Dunn - Pastor

Pastor Dunn has been serving at St. Peter since 2016. He began by serving the bilingual and spanish-speaking members of the congregation. Since 2021, he has been serving as the sole pastor for both English, Spanish, and Karen members.

Matthew Rugen - Senior Assistant

Matthew Rugen is a student at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in his final year studying to be a pastor. He graduated from Martin Luther College in 2022 and had the opportunity to serve the past year (2024-2025) as a vicar in Medellín, Colombia, learning Spanish and gaining experience in preaching and teaching God's word. It is a privilege for him to be able to get to know and serve the brothers and sisters in Christ at Saint Peter/San Pedro in both English and Spanish!

Jonah Schulz - Senior Assistant

I was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. During my high school years, my family moved down to Delray Beach, FL, where they still are today. I have had the opportunity to attend Luther Preparatory School, Martin Luther College, and I am currently a senior at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. Last year, I had the privilege to serve God’s people at Sure Foundation in Woodside, Queens, NY in a bilingual setting. You can often find me playing sports or reading a book. I’m excited about ministry and excited about the chance to serve at St. Peter this year!

Cristian Ferrer - Summer Assistant

Cristian is a student from Martin Luther College and a Luther Preparatory School graduate. He is currently in the pre-seminary track looking towards becoming a pastor for Spanish and English congregations. This summer, as the summer assistant for the church, he will be helping Pastor Dunn in various congregational activities and services with the blessings that the Lord has given him.

Lady D. Torres - Communications Director

In 2022, Lady and her family visited St. Peter on Easter. They went on to become members in August. Lady had the blessing of starting her job as the Administrative Assistant that same month. Her favorite thing about being a part of the St. Peter staff is the opportunity to serve the Lord through the talents that He has given her.

Lady also serves as the Director of our Lutheran Girl Pioneers Caravan 814.
